I uploaded my documents and approved almost 2 month ago but when i search the documents that I uploaded can't appear as search result on the notebank. I informed to the studypool team this some of them says add tags, strong title... I done all this but still not appear again I informed them then they said they are having backlog documents to be indexed and to wait some days they said me this almost more than 1 month. I just give up and leave it. Is there anyone who have this problem and got fixed?

I don't get it. I think this is a scam. I've actually uploaded documents here and were approved for months now but no sales so I tried visiting it using my account, it says error and cannot be downloaded. So I made another account and visited the link of the document I uploaded and they actually asked me to pay first. Idk what if may bumili na nung documents ko pero studypool did not notify me and instead took my work. Kasi once uploaded na yung docu, nakalagay anonymous. Really. Triny ko yang studypool nag download nga ako 12docs eh 2 weeks ago everytime chinecheck ko kung may income . Waley naman 🥴🥴🥴 walang nag vieview.

It usually ranges from 2 hours - 3 days but might take longer than that if you attached a lot of pages (this is what the website says)

I don't get it. I think this is a scam. I've actually uploaded documents here and were approved for months now but no sales so I tried visiting it using my account, it says error and cannot be downloaded. So I made another account and visited the link of the document I uploaded and they actually asked me to pay first. Idk what if may bumili na nung documents ko pero studypool did not notify me and instead took my work. Kasi once uploaded na yung docu, nakalagay anonymous. Really. Ang sakit cause that took me hours to finalize and I even had my hopes up. I hope this would be a lesson po.
