I was in a Buddhist retreat once and we were making wishes and Llama was like don't settle for a nice car or a big house, aim for the highest of the high. Even if you recognize precious human existence, its not easy to give up worldly attachments.
Back on 60 days of retention.
This time its a bit harder due to being in a relationship but i still managing it.

I've known about SR for about 4 years now. It wasn't until now I was able to put together a 7 day streak without PHYSICALLY EDGING. It takes time for the ego to drop its old habits. In this week alone I have felt my mudras & breathing techniques being more powerful. More intuitions being trickled into the mind. Noticing more repeating numbers, more butterflies & dragonflies hanging around me at odd times.
I have put together many 40-60 day streaks while edging heavily but only felt a fraction of these types of benefits. I can't sleep when I edge like that. My body wakes me up all through out the night. Contrarily without edging I need less sleep but actually stay in REM sleep through out the night. I completely gave up marijuana, never was a drinker, coffee, and sweets. Grace is guiding me away from all the blockages..my dreams have become so real it's almost scary sometimes.

Yes, my dreams are blended with my waking state. Many times I talk to the same people and reference and speak on the same topics and so then when I wake up I don’t know if I told them what I told them in the dream or in the waking state. 🙃

Which is the high state of inner consciousness in this realm thats dependent upon non discriminatory actions, of which female objectification is certainly one. A line as small as "oh she's cute.." is edging disguised as an innocent attraction, LOOK DEEPER and see where your true motives lie. What is the truth regarding the two forms, male and female, why is the guy standing next to the cute girl, not cute as well? You may still be playing the game of duality willingly even when you think you are free of edging. Playing the game within my being, even in the most subtle forms, always lead to the more rigid and grosser forms later on, bad habits start to rear their heads. I can see it coming but have not been able to mitigate it because I've been on that wavelength of energy but didn't realize it lol Its an equal but opposite reaction type deal, you're already setting that energy in motion by your innocent participation, by an illusory belief that the two forms are inherently different rather than one and the same. This realization for me took a long time and was SUPER subtle, good streaks would always come to an end, but i believe actualizing this sentiment within my core is the key to the next level of this beautifully perplexing journey. Hi yash I noticed whenever I am at long streak I get pressure at head is it because of withdrawal or sexual energy building up? And whenever this happens I loose control of my emotions and I get easily confused

Does the tonics work if u don’t have a water structurer. And I only have a 25 oz jar how much should I put
25oz is fine. get a few jars though. Just use citrus oils (but dont blend them, use only the single oil) for now from either young living or Doeterra company. That way you know they are pure, otherwise it can upset your stomach. Put a drop or 2 (either orange, lemon, lime, grapefruit, tangerine) in a jar (use different oils for each jar. Do this at night. Shake the jar. And then drink them in the morning. Water structurer isnt necessary. Just use the purest water you can find.
