Namaste Shakthidhar ji. This is perhaps the most soothing bass-heavy flute I have heard in an Indian classical raga. Dhanyavadah. I shared it with some of my meditation and yoga students who have anxiety. They loved it but the sharp tanpura sound is sharply treblish and thus partly taking away the extraordinary soothing of the flute sound. Could you please please kindly record some deep bass flute videos in soothing ragas without the tanpura or tabla sound in the recordings as they can be used for pure deep calming meditation? Many of the people who have anxiety in their minds feel somewhat heated up by hearing the tanpura and even tabla sounds which have treble. Pure flute videos have millions of views on youtube too due to being liked by those suffering from insomnia, anxiety, restlessness, etc. Thank you again for playing such a deep bass flute.
@@yogidhruvaji thank you for your appreciation of my music. I will certainly keep this in mind in my coming videos. Thank you for your feedback and advice.

truly wonderful playing! I have one question I was wondering if you could answer. This A bass bansuri, are the holes all in a straight line? Or are they anotomical? It's hard for me to tell from the video. Than you!!!
@@danny3647 Thank you for your appreciation. It is not in a straight line.
@@shakthiflute thank you very much for the response! I currently play E base bansuri and recently ordered a D and C to learn. At what point do you stop using the holes in a straight line? When you play D and C bansuri, are they still in a straight line? Is it only this giant one that is not?
The reason that I ask is because I'm currently very used to my E bansuri with straight holes. I have ordered a D and C, and the luthier has given me the option to get the holes either in a straight line, or more anotomical.
I'm on the fence, because the anotomical may be more comfortable, but since my muscle memory is already used to the straight holes, maybe it will cause me confusion. That's why I wanted to know at what depth of bansuri do you start to use more anotomical finger holes instead of straight line?
Thank you very much sir!!
@@danny3647 all the flutes I have till C Base is straight and this also only the third and the sixth hole is deflected. If you want i can share you a picture if you can give your email. Hope this helps.
@@shakthifluteI have tried 3 times to reply but every time my reply gets taken down. I think maybe it’s getting flagged because it has my email address in it.
Thank you so much for the info!
Just to clarify- your C bass is also straight holes or is that the first one that has displaced holes?
I would love the picture sent to my email but I think that’s the reason my comment isn’t going through
@@danny3647 oh ok. No problem. My email shakthidharvr@gmail.com
