I like your conscise way of demonstrating and explaining the concept of each project without belaboring the point. After watching all of these tutorials, I feel I could reasonably accomplish any of them without intervention or additional assistance. Also, your dollar store tutorials are more elegant than some I've seen lately.
I am so glad to finally find a DIY that is actually not silly or ugly. My favourite is the lace towel which I am going to try out! And the mirror idea was genius.
If you want to stay within the $1each item budget they have cheap polymer clay at Walmart. I *think* its $.97 a bar, Sculpy III brand. It should work for themirror pieces.
I really admire that you tell us what worked and what DIDN'T work when you do your tutorials! I get frustrated when people input share the things that went right with their tutorials and simply omit what they didn't do perfectly. I would do much rather watch videos from you and recommend my friends watch you too. THANK YOU!
Hi Nava , I'm from Uganda. Just saw the trim towel in Game store and they were pretty expensive. So I'm smiling ear to ear now that I know how to make them. I love that music too, so calming n so hip at the same time.
I love that you don't talk too much about stuff that's obvious! Most how tos annoy me, but yours are to the point. Watching your videos straight outta Highland Park, Los Angeles!!
I'm so glad I came across your channel. A few weeks ago, on a tv show, in the background was a wrought iron gate with certain shapes on it. I actually took pics of the tv screen I knew I would do something with those shapes and this is it!!! I actually have some playdo!!! Thank you so much!!!
I love your bath towels with the white lace trim. Wow what an idea!! I have taken ribbon and other type of lace and sewed them on higher up on the towels but, this is a nicer idea. Also, I use to just buy Terry Cloth at the fabric store by the yard so you can get the colors you want too. I also love your tasseled pillow. I love making pillows but, never put the tassels all the way around and I have been wondering how to make them. Super cool!! I think you are very pretty also and you speak very well for the instructions. Whenever I leave a comment I also write out where I am from and one You Tuber that made a video about a month ago is only about an hour from me which is so cool. Your video was made in June 2017 so hope you are doing well. I never started watching you tube videos until about 4 weeks ago and now I am so hooked and the piles of laundry are sitting and the plywood is still in my living room from a month ago - plans to make a sewing/craft table in my bedroom. In closing, it is 1:15am and we are having a horrible storm right now but, my balcony door is open and the breeze is awesome as we cannot control our AC where I live and its been 82 in my condo most of the day. I am 55, single, a Christian, an aunt of 3 awesome young adults 2 in high school and 1 in college. My parents are 80 and alive which is so awesome. I am a recipient of an organ donor so I am very happy to still be alive. I have been beading/jewelry making since I was 9 and a millionaire in my church wears my jewelry which tickles me pink. I have been sewing since I was 5 and I started out on a treadle foot. I like to refinish furniture and to create new items out of repurposed items. My idea of curb side appeal is finding something on someone's curb to take home and repaint, refinish, etc. I love plants so I also like your little pot idea. I love the marbled look on dishes, etc. Thanks for a great video. God Bless, Rebekah in Alexandria, VA
Lorenzo Vasquez I WAS THINKING THE SAME THING....... MY GRANDDAUGHTER MADE (WITH MY SUPERVISION) A COUPLE PICTURE FRAMES LAST YEAR WITH THIS CONCEPT EXCEPT SHE USED SOME MOLDS N MADE A "FROZEN" (THE MOVIE BY DISNEY) THEMED ONE & A DAY OF THE DEAD THEMED ONE AND AIR DRY CLAY WORKED GREAT.
