How I Paint:Skin, Jewelry, Gown (Dolce & Gabbana Design) Fashion Illustration

How do you paint your fashion sketch skin, hair, and jewelry? This is how I do it. This fashion illustration is inspired by Dolce and Gabbana design. The colors I'm using on her skin are yellow ochre, burnt sienna and sienna shade, and red. Jewelry: yellow, gold, white colors.
