Really interesting video Paul. My sister lives alone and has a mortgage. She also has a will which stipulates where her estate would go. In the scenario that she died with an outstanding balance and no mortgage payment protection insurance, the bank would come and seize the house and any equity would be rolled up into her estate? Not sure I understand the point in her taking out mortgage protection?
