I just witnessed the best thing ever: a veteran in a wheelchair at a football game as the national anthem was playing, his buddies lifted him up to salute the flag once more, he was in full uniform at a high school football game, kids don’t understand what they have anymore and what others have sacrificed to give them this life I honor every veteran I see, no matter what country, what race, or gender they fought to protect others, and deserve the highest honor.❤❤❤

He’s alive thankfully but sometimes I get a feeling that PTSD will come and get him to the point where he might not want to live because of all the trauma he went through... I love you Dad! It is sad when a civilian dies in war, but even more so if a child is coursed by soldiers to do their dirty work. So far the United States does not militarize their children into suicide attacks.
