Paramahamsa Prajnananandaji shares with thus his perspective on this teaching while he discusses the challenge we face with a wandering mind even when following a divine path laid out by such God realized masters. I think it was the first part of Chapter 2. The point is, even if you do not achieve the final liberation in this life, even if your mind wanders and you never really plumb the depths, the time spent in sadhana will get you that much further along the path in the coming incarnations.

Kriya yoga is a particular way of cleaning and energizing the body and mind.This should be learned by by a guru

Every Kriya yogi need not be associated with SRF...there are so many teachers of Kriya yoga..who are not affiliated to SRF
cause he is indian and continues the lineage from sri yukteswar to harihanandha ji to him. its a continuous lineage but in srf after yogananda ji it stopped
