It's actually about the Star that all the Disney characters have wished upon. It's a movie celebrating 100 years of Disney, so I imagine there will be lots of references to other Disney movies(maybe even cameos idk).
This reminds me a lot of the hunchback of Notre dame. The art style the villain.It’s beautiful. Watch this twice. I’ve cried twice thank you for all your wonderful reactions.
Yes! Especially the scene with the group of people in this medieval looking town. They started experimenting with computer-animating groups of people with the hunchback and this is really reminescent of that look. Also, there's a goat sidekick :) The hunchback is my favorite Disney movie, so I have high hopes.

Considering this is the big finale event film for Disney’s 100th Anniversary, if they market it as hard as Mario was marketed by Universal, it could end Disney’s 100th Anniversary on a high note by being as big at the box office worldwide as Frozen, which is ironic as Wish is being released in the timeframe of Frozen’s 10th Anniversary and is being worked on by the same team who did Frozen. Also, glad Chris Pine is voicing a traditional Disney villain in the vein of Jafar and not a lam third act plot twist villain like Hans in Frozen.
This looks amazing!! It will definitely be worth celebrating 100 years of Disney!! The animation style looks amazing as Puss in Boots 2, Spider-Verse franchise, & The Bad Guys film!!
Why are all of the Studio's like DreamWorks and now Disney trying to copy the nostalgic animation of Into The Spider-Verse.... Disney should stick to their animation lane. But this film do looks phenomenal and I really hope the music is good. Ariana Debose is a talented actress and amazing singer.

The backgrounds look cool, but the thick outlines and the frame rate makes it look like Disney Jr show or a video game cutscene. It’s hard to ignore the uncanniness when you see it in most shots. It just doesn't have that cinematic feel to it
She’s likely the next Disney princess in the lineup the 14th one but I can’t wait for the merch for this I’m so excited going to be on day 1 when this comes
A clear-cut villain is a hallmark for fairy tale storytelling. The whole twist villain trope found in Frozen and Coco CAN work in the right circumstances, but not every time. The last few films have the problem of not having a clear-cut villain. Angst and dysfunction can help in storytelling, but such things can never replace having a villain. The hero can only be a hero when the villain is allowed to be the villain.
I'm predicting she gets locked up in a castle towards the end for some reason (Like Jafar in beginnning of Aladdin) then as the final epic scenes come about with music ghost figures in the shape of Disney characters break her free from chains and as she tries to escape many evil Disney villainous ghost silhouettes try to do everything to get her locked up and it's a fight between the protagonists and antagonists.
This actually looks good at first glance. If it's truly an original story and they leave politics out of it, this could be a winner of a family film for Disney...but again this is only the teaser so it remains to be seen what this truly is about,

According to the Disney wiki. The film is going to have dozens of Easter Eggs, and references to past films from Walt Disney Animation Studios.
I can already see one reference when we see those flowers looking like the flowers from Alice in Wonderland.

It's too bad they haven't mastered the "Paperman" blend style yet. That would've been EPIC for a hybrid film.

Not a fan of how the animation looks in the trailer. I think people will mostly be watching this because of the musical/singing elements to it
