SafePassage Virtual Attendant

This service provides visitor access control via remote attendants for a fraction of the cost of an on-site guard.

Using advanced next-generation technology, our remote attendants can see live traffic and can converse with visitors as they come through the access point. Authorization is then provided easily using our SafePassage access control software. With License Plate Recognition hardware installed at the access point, SafePassage LPR captures tag information and will open the barrier gate for authorized visitors. All visitor information is tracked and stored for easy future retrieval if needed.

SafePassage Residential and SafePassage Voice can be used in conjunction with SafePassage Virtual Attendant to provide the full access control experience. When visitors are not authorized by SafePassage LPR or SafePassage Virtual Attendant, residential users are optionally able to authorize visitors via SafePassage Residential or SafePassage Voice.
