Can someone plz help me understand what MS.Means? I've been reading a lot on this today, I just had blood work done and I know for a fact that I have MS because I'm going through a lot of those symptoms and as I speak now I'm having flare-ups it hurts so bad Gabapentin 400 mg is not working. I know my rheumatologist has it mixed up with fibromyalgia".. I've been told in the past that I could have MS but it was ignored and time has gone by & years later he I'm Iwith wrose pain. I'm that's what's going on. Can someone relate to what I'm going through and what does your doctor do when they find out you have MS I've had it for years this is not just something that's happened. I know I have nerve damage I'm walking with a cane now and I'm scared to death that it's going to lead to worse. Please help can someone guide me through what is next thank you so much .

There are a few things for treating multiple sclerosis at home
Ensure you eat plenty of fruit and vegetables (preferably organic).
Make sure you have enough vitamin C
Do a bit of exercise eg walking, yoga etc
Use herbs with infection fighting properties including dandelion root and burdock and others including echinacea
(I learned these and the reasons they work on Denelle multi care site )

Thanks for a very interesting post, here are a few more tips for a treatment for multiple sclerosis
Get a lot of rest
Exercising, yoga, tai chi, meditation, deep breathing, hypnosis,
Use green juice, wheatgrass, spirullina, fruit and veg - organic are best flaxseed oil, etc.
Some things to avoid if you have MS are alcohol, chocolate, dairy products, eggs, commercially prepared and fast foods, margarine, milk, red meats, sugar, aspartame.
(I read these and why they work from Denelle multi care website )

here's several ideas for relieving MS quickly

I\'m not sure but ,if anyone else wants to learn about tips for treating ms naturally try Loctavan Simple Sclerosis Strategy (do a google search ) ? Ive heard some pretty good things about it and my neighbor got excellent results with it.
