I would add browned Italian sausage.
My favorite jar sauce is a local to PA. It's Del Grosso from from Tipton PA. Minced garlic from a jar. Looks really good.

Garlic: if you actually want garlic flavor use fresh garlic, maybe freeze dried. But i stopped getting the jar stuff because it's just too old and even if you use a ton it's not very garlicky. I have better luck with powdered garlic, better flavor and shelf life, no refrigerator needed
