@@OfficialGMT2.0 Right. He's good for sure but this isn't the sound of what we're hearing at all, obvious programmed drums over an edited video. At 3:40 they forgot to make the second set of ghost notes audible.
There is nothing wrong or illogical about having a favorite drummer out of everyone you have heard but saying someone is top 3 of the best ever is what non musicians say. There is no best or top 3 best in the general sense only your personal opinion which is not fact. There are to many styles/techniques even within the same genre of music to say who the best is. Also, for someone to claim a musician is the best or top 3 best ever means they had to listened and analyzed with there expert drumming knowledge (which you definitely do not have due to leaving such an ignorant comment) every single drummer that has ever existed which you have not. There are so many other drummers that are even more technical, faster, etc than this guy like: Lord Marco, John Longstreth, Spencer Prewitt, Anthony Barone, etc etc etc. Music is subjective which you have not learned yet.

Your drumming is impecable but I just wanted to point out how there are 2 differents snares on the video and all your snare hits sound the same but the snare is not triggered... But your drumming and technique is on point..
Yeah most play-throughs are taken with multiple shots, as a large portion of the time that the same on the studio recording
thats because you're hearing a drum machine.
You can almost always tell by every hit having the same velocity and the toms not sounding anything like mic'd toms
