I also have a Sony compact camera, the Sony fdr x3000. However, I only use the camera for underwater shots. Otherwise, I mostly use my iPhone 14Pro Max. I'm very happy with it. On my channel you can find some videos that were made with the iPhone. With the small camera you need a handle or a gimbal. Otherwise the image will be wobbly later.

What is important is what you use the camera for. It is unbeatable for vacation, family and influencers.
