Mesa has gone to crap due to heavy drug use. And more so since covid and continous to get worse. And as far as the neighbors I want to see how many help versus the ones who complain.

Mesa is pretty much east side ghetto. Tons of illegals= cartel owned/ operated. It's sad but all major cities these days have same issues. Problem with AZ is distribution, meaning there is a big push to get drugs from Mex to US regardless of law. A percentage will get popped. The bigger percentage will profit.

I pretty sure she's a mother a grandma would you want that for your mom? I move furniture and see our elderly generation getting hurded into old folks homes. While there kids live in huge homes nice cars but can't take care or your elderly parent's. I honestly think it's a damn shame what our generation has become. If I had parent's I'd give them the same life they gave me..
How can one old lady do anything? She needs help. Maybe she is mentally ill? Maybe she has a hoarding problem as well as being taken over by bullies? Open lot needs to be chained off. Signs posted, signs saying cameras in use. Neighbors they are getting pretty cheap when it comes to buying some of cameras. The welfare of elderly lady should be checked on though. And hey great way for local junk removal companies to get their name out there. Donate time, help others. I would completely do and do on going clean up if closer to me. The charges are $100 just for a mattress, the trash in that trailer will cost $$$$😆I want to add, that mattresses are not permitted to be dumped in county landfills. The mattress is recycled according to its condition.

That is untrue. I own a clean out company. We do homes and businesses, and properties. I am not in Mesa and don't go there enough to volunteer my services to keep the junk removed. But there are so many right there in Mesa that would do so just for the word of mouth recommendations. It is a wonderful thing to give back and I know first hand a lot of junk removal companies and junk haulers do this type thing. Yes we need to cover cost but we also get tax write offs for donations, and doing community service work. Best wishes to alll.

But there are companies that will do for the advertising. I would totally do but so far away and I would want to be able to drive by and continue to clean up if piles come back. But you do have to figure we all have to live. Truck, trailer, insurance on both, insurance for business, business license, gas, dump fees, labor cost to load, haul, properly dispose. It's a lot of work and takes a lof to run a business. Then if it is a health hazard etc. We don't just try to rob people. Most don't think about what is behind that estimate or final cost. Always do your research and make sure you are talking to the right company. I have a BA in psychology and focus on helping w evictions, estates, foreclosures, hoarding help. He does not want his exit legacy to be a failed homeless problem or the fact he allowed the FAA to consume Mesa with commercial jets to and from Sky harbor so he ignores both. He gave the green light for the FAA to do so in a 2019 letter that stated NW Mesa is low income and agriculture. Basically he said go for it. Those living in affected areas are not worthy of his concern or consideration.

Somebody should call adult protective services to check on the woman. Who knows what could be going on. Check that she's no being abused.
