How to produce 95 Celsius degree hot fill bottle juice? We give you a step-by-step guide - 2019
Steplead Rinsing, Hot Filling and Capping Machine is specially designed for filling of natural fruit juices, nectars, ice tea and fruit flavored drinks in either PET or glass bottles ranging from 200 ml up to 2,0 lt. Thanks to filling at pasteurization temperature up to 95°C, the natural fruit juices are delivered to the consumers at initial freshness without adding stabilizers. By means of Steplead electro-pneumatically controlled filling valves special for juices, product is continuously circulated between the filling valves and the pasteurizer to avoid cooling down. Moreover, fully automatic temperature control is carried out on the product at all stages from the leaving the pasteurizer until filling inside the bottle. Filling at pasteurization temperature is always guaranteed in this way. A basic version machine (model MEGASTIL) with simpler filling valve without temperature control system is also available for fruit flavored drinks or fruit juices with stabilizers. Different sizes of machines are available for the choice of bottlers from 12 valves up to 100 valves achieving 36.000 bottles/hour capacity.
Steplead Automatic bottle washing, filling, capping functions in one unit. Bottles from the conveyor (using the air blower) will transfer to the feeding star witch will bring the bottles to the transfer finger head of rinser. The transfer finger will hold the neck of the bottles and move along press on nozzles in up side down position will spray the water in side of the bottles. The spray nozzles will stop spraying automatically when bottles are released from the nozzles. Then the bottles will come to the filler in feed star. Bottles from the rinser will directly entering into the filler through a feeding star. The feed star will feed the bottles to the lift cylinder with the neck support will lift the bottles to the filling valve. The valves with the bottles will go for filling process automatically. After this process the bottles are coming down and a feed star will take the bottles from filler and feeding into the crowner.
