She does but she didn't write the article. By all accounts someone else wrote it. She can the ask the distributor and publisher, of the article, to take it down. But it is up to the distributor or writing party to take it down willingly or by legal means. Now if she herself wrote it and published it herself, then yes she can go in and delete to her hearts content. It's like me writing an article about you and you asking me to take it down. I as the writer don't have to follow anything you say, because I wrote the article. Just because you don't like it or approve of it, it means little to me. It is up to me to take it down.
