Holby City (and Holby Blue for that matter) were spun off from Casualty....I live in the US and even know that. They take place in the same Hospital just different departments and they do crossovers all the time...this is something for charity & I think it was great...without Casualty there might not have been a Holby City
That's a lot of aggression just for them combining two shows set in the same hospital. If it makes you feel better, the characters from the two shows also know each other, so it wouldn't be unreasonable at all for Robyn, Noel, and Mo to hang out.
Whoa chill pill! They're sister shows so why not combine them for a skit? When it comes down to it, it's for charity so as long as they raise money who cares what they combine? It was fun!
