I like to collect rare and interesting honeys from around the world....Mostly because it never spoils and I love eating it. I wonder if theres an underground collectors market for honey.
Ive got healing honey made from the manuka bush in Australia and poison honeys made from various toxic plants like the Rhododendron in the mountains of Turkey which is called "mad honey" or "miel fou". Ive even got a honey made from wasps in Mexico.

@@user-hc5hy3lm7k @- If you're watching the Real Vision channel then I assume you value financial knowledge. So I hope you continue your journey of education by looking into how bitcoin works. If not, thats your prerogative. Im definitely not going to try and summarize its many functions in a single YT comment. But I will say this....I dont "realize" gains/losses with my BTC. I just hold it. And when I need local currency I get a loan using BTC as the collateral. Its an asset not a currency. But aside from all that you should be asking more important questions like....
1.) Why do institutions buy government bonds with a guaranteed loss when the coupon matures?
2.) Why do people trade digital company stocks when those stocks dont earn a dividend and can never be sold back to the company? If more can be created with no expended effort and the holder doesnt have the power to make devisions effecting how the company operates then what gives those stocks value?
The answer is that they're "useful" in some way (too many ways to talk about here). Even if you think Bitcoin = "nothing" its still useful to a lot of people for a lot of reasons and therefore will continue to have "value" until its no longer useful.
