Dan's ex-wife complaining about Dan eating too much while she is the one who is overweight..... Also, Dan is the first one on the show to stop food being thrown away, so much respect for that (throwing away food makes me mad)
He will be chuffed to learn there are now light switches that...get this...you replace the original (but it stays put) and then there's a repositional one that he can put anywhere - it sends a signal to the main to operate. I imagine he can save his property by keeping the original position in place, just disguise it somehow
Dan seems to be the brightest bulb in the club. Of course the light switches are near the door to turn on or off as you come in or go out. So you don't walk into the room and trip over toddler's toys, dog toys, sleeping cats, or even rugs that have an end flipped. The middle of the walls are where you put taller furniture or art. Only a really cynical electrician would follow those directions, without pointing out the impracticalities. It would be like letting a 3 year old plan a house layout.
At 1:00 Dave Lamb said Paul and Claire "got together after she nearly ran him over in her car" - but at 43:15 Paul said they met in a night club. What's the real story? (I'm just nosey)
I chop off labels in clothes - the reason being that my sister and I are the same size and we have the same taste in clothes so whatever comes out of the washing machine still bearing a label is hers.

It always makes me laugh so much when voiceover Dave does the nervous laugh about lame jokes the candidates make.
It's the producer who asks for the jokes. They interviewed us before hand so knew our characters. I never once told a joke without them telling me to.

They all seem nice people, but that made this episode quite tame, I like it when there's a party pooper or two, and sparks fly and tempers fray.
