John Petrucci's forgotten epic guitar melody

I think this is a cool hidden melodic gem written by John Petrucci . This is from the song "A vision" - early demos of Dream Theater. I tossed the parts together, so this could have been done better :D

It seems u r the very first person for covering this song, i've been a fan of this song since i was a kid, first time i hear this solo in a instrumental song called "Guitar player spotlight/Indulge In reverie" from "Uncovered (1995)" album. This solo is soooo criminally underrated. And im glad there is ppl like u who have the same thought with me about this solo. Thanks for covering this piece!!
