I have been using Shaan Biryani Masala for my Mutton Biryani/ Pulao. However I tried this recipe and can vouch that this is a much better spice mix and recipe. The meat is so flavourful due to the spice mix and the rice cooks perfectly with the suggested method. Thank you for sharing this recipe
