- Labour's shadow chancellor waves his fist as the Labour Party Conference closes with the traditional singing of the Red Flag and Jerusalem.
John McDonnell was seen enjoying the singing as a duet, later congratulated by leader Jeremy Corbyn, performed with delegates.
How ironic that Milliband tried to change the red to Pink XD
A good thing they ditched this later. The 2017 version is much better.

Jermey Corbyn is one of my favorite English people ( I’m Irish) alongside , Tony Benn ( R.I.P.) and of course Ken Livingston, of course there are more great English working class from the past and present .

The Labour Party shows that we can love our party and our country. God bless Cornyn, a man of the people. May Labour rise once more, a Corbyn and Sanders duo would be wonderful for this American. In the 80’s, our beloved Reagan and Thatcher had a friendship that moved mountains. Conservatism had its era and we are grateful for it, but the chains have been broken. It's "rule the waves". The song wasn't patriotic, it was a protest against the king's decision to reduce the navy in favour of the army.

all communist are socialist but not all socialist are communist, this is an hymn dated back centuries when Labour is still a socialist party
