The ending... Or is it? lol. Well, that's Bayonetta. An awesome action game that I thought I'd never love- but I do! While I don't enjoy everything in this game like some of the characters and quick time events, the combat and boss fights are so much fun I can overlook the flaws.
After the credits role we then see a video of Bayonetta doing a dance video. Thanks for watching, everyone. Hope you stick around cause Bayonetta 2 might start sooner than you think. ;)

The best thing about this scene is the fact that it is implied that this isn't even the first time that Bayonetta has 'died' and that she somehow managed to fall asleep while in the coffin last time
It was more of an allusion to the moment she was locked in a coffin underneath the lake the first time she awoke.... a very funny one as a matter of fact

I love how the second game has the same, or similar I should say, ending as the first, it makes sense of everything now
The credit song for the second game is the climax version of Let's Dance, Boys! and it has the lyrics of Tomorrow is Mine
I can't think of a game that's made me feel more rewarded for completing it than this one.
It's cool, it allows itself so much fun and doesn't care how ridiculous it is.
The music, design, sound effects, levels, gameplay. I hope everyone who took part in making this game had as much fun as I did.

The way the music immediately changes from the upbeat theme to the soft romantic song as Luka watches Bayonetta fight and dance. His facial expressions as he watches her up to mentioning her perfume shows that no doubt he had fallen in love with her.

I just beat this game last night and it’s been such a long time since I got surprised at a game ending. This was a great way to end the game. How does she have that much energy to dance still after the pole dance though?

You get it by default. There's no bonus or alternate ending.

Unpopular opinion: bayo 1 is better than bayo 2
In some parts yes while bayonetta 2 did some things better like remove the punishment for using health items or other ones and removed the dying punishments while I believe the 2nd game improved the gameplay and weapons the first game is a blast to play because of its fun nature to it where it never toke itself seriously an had fun with it and I think bayonettas design in the first game is the best in the series

The first song is the second half of "EV30-1 The End Of The Journey", played at the conclusion of chapter 16. The second song, oddly, is from Bayonetta 2, called "Valor - In Courage And Gallantry".
