Hi Kousik, both are great in their own form, if you want to take long rides often, you can go for Burgman, if you want a perfect city scooter, you can go for Jupiter. I have tried both of them and I am equally happy about both... can't go wrong with either of them...
Standard 2018 model in 52k is ok if you don't have to do any immediate maintenance such as battery and tyre changes, check that first and take a ride, if you feel everything is ok, then you're good to go...

I feel the Tire size is fine of burgman and it has the most ground clearance too that no other scooters offer, storage space is massive and looks very sexy, ultimately the decision is yours, take a test ride of both just to be sure
