Where are you located and do you have any underwater workshops
Do you use white balance adjustment on your camera to set the ambient light?
Great teaching! Clear thought processes presented without confusing lapses where instructor thinks something is 'obvious' when it's not. Really appreciated.
One question . If I have the LED trigger on my new housing, do I need to keep the fill flash option ON in the camera? The Sony does not have an internal flash( like my old Olympus). The trigger slips on to the Sony's hot shoe. I would have thought you would still need fill flash on in order to tell the flash when to fire. And would not that mean that the recycle time is still dependent on the camera? So how do I achieve the faster recycle time benefit of the LCD trigger? And still tell the flash when to fire without the fill flash ON?
Probably my confusion, so thanks very if you are able to help me figure this out.
Hi there, thank you. Yes the flash still needs to be on, as otherwise the LED trigger will not fire (you turn it off when you dont want the strobes to fire). The recycle time is only determined by the power need of the flash, so when you are using LED trigger you have no flash power outgoing and shoot at the rate of the cameras ability to take photos. Now you are just limited by the recycling time of your external strobe, the lower the power the faster you can shoot. Does this help?
Why do I notice alot of photographers putting GoPro camera above the camera, is it useful? And can you do a video about how to setup GoPro to get the most of it?
Great channel!!! Keep it up 👍
because everyone needs moving content for social media these days. I should make a video about the GoPro! Stay tuned
Great video!
May I ask if the Inon z330 are powerful to light up big subjects like whale sharks? or is the Red64 needed in these cases?
