She is lying one hand she says she did GCSE/0-levels and then went to American and did A-levels in USA. A-levels is high secondary education in England & Wales so in USA one cannot do A-levels as USA has its own high school. She is saying her mother used to work and had one shoe for five years nevertheless her mother afforded her GSCE/O-level fee. In Pakistan GSCE/O-level is expensive and no scholarship is available

She is not lying she was my senior and her mother was my English teacher in the same school. Her mother was a very nice kind hearted woman and the best English teacher ever. I never knew their struggle story but now I came to know and it hurts. From the school, from where she completed alevels was a forces school and you get concession there if you belong to armed forces background or if your parents are in faculty. Her mother served in our school for 10yrs before I even joined. Also she went to America on a student exchange program. I'm so happy for her and her mother, May Allah Pak bless them Ameen ❤
