Yess! The culmination between two sagas(and almost ten songs) worth of Athena pushing Odysseus to become her legacy, and Odysseus finally bucking it as he realizes he's already lost a decade away from home to embodying her shrewdness and idealization of what a warrior should be, over following his own path and empathy -- if only he knew he'd be losing ANOTHER decade to his own mistakes, because he refused to heed one of her last pieces of advice... to never stay his hand in battle. No warrior can afford to leave a threat alive, because they'll /always/ return to slay you. This song happens right after he spares his opponent, Polyphemus.
The way My Goodbye plays perfectly into the end of Warrior of the Mind is also really interesting, because you see a hint of what's to come in the former at the end of the latter; Athena parts from Odysseus's mindscape in that song with "don't disappoint me", and evidently she's entered his mindscape at the start here to deliver the message that this time, he /has/ disappointed her, after so long trying to be his ultimate teacher and mentor(and yes, a friend).
BTW, the official track order(where things make much more sense if you're unfamiliar with the Illiad and Odyssey, as these songs reference each other extensively) goes as follows:
-Troy Saga: The Horse and the Infant, Just a Man, Full Speed Ahead, Open Arms, Warrior of the Mind
-Cyclops Saga: Polyphemus, Survive, Remember Them, My Goodbye
-Ocean Saga: Releases on Christmas 2023!
-Further Sagas: TBD
