I always double drop a couple of Claratyne before and after mowing the grass because if there is no moisture and just dusty my hayfever goes Ape droppings. My eyes flare up and go Red, I can't see and I'm coughing and sneezing and im up the shitter. Claratyne is great !! I can soldier on without any of those problems and actually makes mowing the lawn enjoyable for me.

Excellent work and Beautiful results. I am amazed at all the stuff you are exposed to and yet I never hear you warn us about poisonous plants etc. I don’t see spiders or snakes or anything alarming and you don’t seem timid about trimming with the hand clippers. Thanks for such meticulous work. I watch several mowing videos but I have noticed lately that some of them do not finesse their work. The yards are mowed and trimmed but they lack the overall neatness we have come to look forward to. I am so glad I don’t see any shortcuts in your work. All of you deserve kudos for your free jobs because they definitely help and improve people’s and neighborhood’s lives, but I personally look forward to an exceptional job like you deliver!

Glad you started with the Trimmer and found the uneven terrain. That flail mower is sure good for going through high growth. Interesting to not encroaching growth, from things as vines, from neighboring yards. Good job taking that overgrown back pathway and getting it refound and back to usable. 9:39 That made a door accessible again as well. When you started mowing tall growth, I wasn't expecting Landscape Archeology, but you refound and renewed multiple things while working in this back yard. It is a recovery of space, a regaining of use and has the form restored. Good work. 19:23. Bringing it to polished, took another chunk of time, with final edging, raking-up clippings, removing a shrub stump, etc. Quite a change.

When I started watching you years ago you would have knocked all that down with a 20 ish inch push mower. Now with flail its all knocked down in 6 mins of a video and the rest half hour is clean up and edges. Unfortunately you should be Tim the edging or clean up man now lol. Man Tim you have come a ways over the years. Keep it up man have a good day.

I simply cannot understand how a home owner can allow this growth to happen. Hats off to Tim for the transformation. This yard is a definite candidate to see if it's maintained.
I am a Canadian. I also cannot understand on how a person could live like this. This, you could call insane. And it is. But is also HOW Australians live. They have a HARD time of brushing & Flossing their teeth, never mind showering before bed. They SLEEP in their filth. Sorry, if you want to criticize me, that is fine - I know this - I Married a Australian, I have lived here for 10 yrs - so - I know. It was VERY hard to live with at first, but somehow, I got my husband to floss and brush his (who had all of his teeth - fortunately) for me to live with him perm, else- this was A NO GO
Sometimes people get sick, injured, or equipment breaks. Sometimes they just get old and cannot do the work they used to. There are all sorts of valid reasons why lawns can get neglected, and it is a blessing that people such as this are there to help. And sometimes neighbors even kick in to help…

No bollocks, I myself used to knock back a Claratyne to mow my own lawns.
I now have a child to the mow the lawns for me, so that's pretty handy.

The flail mower is really earning it's keep on these overgrown yards... good to see you lay the cuttings out on the lawn, and mulched them up with the flails... easy to bag up with the other clippings then...

You ain't pushing "Phil" he weighs 25Okg. He has 48Occ of displacement witha Briggs and Stratton 16hp motor and a 5 speed transmission with a top speed of 4kmh. ""Phil" is self propelled for obvious reasons. "Phil" doesn't get pushed around. No Sir.💯%
