Thanks Priscilla for all you do. Are the agencies requirements not the same thing with the employers requirements,? So, with the self sponsorship, if do not meet up how do you get a job. I think they set their standard based on what the employers need.

If I am a RN in another country with bachelor degree and ICU experience 4 years, can I work as nursing assistant in US? Also do I have to go though the CGFNS if I’m coming over as nursing assistant? I plan to take NCLEX test within the first year. Also do I need IELTS too? Thanks you
Yes, you will still need to start your NCLEX journey early, it will help you. IELTS depends on the state you choose

OK but I was told once you include your spouse and children in the employment based visa process, you must go with them.
I hv gotten a job offer from BridgeWay just recently and they are processing my green card but included my wife and child but I don't if I hv to compulsory go to US with them
