I don't think I've ever heard an example of him sounding bad
Even messing up his voice was so amazing he could do no wrong in my opinion
R T saw it. I still don't think t was too bad. Definitely not his best, but better than a lot of today's artists best

The only time mike sounded bad was when he was out of breathe and even then those moments are extremely rare. Post 96’ is where you’ll find those moments If I remember correctly.

he had a 4 ocatve and 3 notes vocal range, more than freddie mercury ( i think he had a 3 octave and 2 notes range), mercury showed his voice much more, michael liked to keep his voice in a "lower profile", and would only give "voice spectacle" sometimes

Earth song ad libs should definetly be #1, those are the hardest vocals to nail on the planet! Yelling an Ab4, Bb4, and C#5 is litterally near impossible. I've not heard another soul hit it in the same tone
