Leading through the energy transition: A kōrero with the leading wāhine of the Electricity Authority

Mana Wāhine and the Electricity Authority Te Mana Hiko presented a frank discussion with some of their leading wāhine, where they discussed the Authority’s vision for the future, leadership, and the challenges and highlights of their careers as women in the energy sector.
The kōrero was led by Authority CE, Sarah Gillies, with the panel featuring Authority Board Chair, Dr Nicki Crauford; Legal Monitoring and Compliance General Manager, Airihi Mahuika; Future Security and Resilience Manager, Sheila Matthews; and Principal Policy Analyst, Sylvie Zantza.
