First time I ever visited Las Americas 1984 , I stopped there . In total I stayed there 4 times. Stopped in 2 bed appointments and once in a studio in the tower block block. I imagine they must have been updated by now . Pool area still looks nice . I may be mistaken but I think there used to be a small bridge over the pool. Great location. Ta for doing these vlogs Tez . Keep safe .
PS 2 was our place to stay when our 2 boys were growing up . All apartments are private and used the same agent who was under the shops to rent until they ran away with the deposits . We now use the agent next door to the Krishma 2 and stay mainly in PS4 as it’s only myself and the wife .
@@scottsheridan3618 I remember there was talk at the time that somebody had given him £30k in cash as a payment on one of the apartments the day before he disappeared. Not sure how much truth was in it but I wouldn’t be surprised. Trying to think of the year it was well over 20 years ago.
Hi Ann, yes you have to pay for the sun beds. We stayed here booked through Booking.com and gaining entry to the complex and the room was an absolute nightmare we rang the agent as requested on arrival 17 times before they answered the phone. (I have a phone log as proof) When they answered they text me a code to gain entry to the complex and the code for the room key box. it would have been great if they had also text the room number as well. This took a further 5 phone calls to contact the agent again and they attended the complex to took us to the room. 5 minuets after we were in the apartment they sent a video showing complex entry instruction and the room number. Mrs Tez rents a mobility scooter and we were challenged by an aggressive woman saying we were not allowed to park the scooter in the complex without the permission of the community but we already had this from the agent, also if we were to try and charge the scooter they would be expecting us to pay 7.50 euros a day. The complex fine but because of the issues we have had we will not be staying here again.

It was probably the same agent that we gave a deposit for an apartment in Santiago one, never saw it again.

@tenerifetez that's shocking ! I wouldn't stay in any of the Parque Santiagos as they don't have air con. 🥵
Lovely pool area but i believe the rooms are very dated
