Shotcrete for Swimming Pool Construction. Very satisfying part of the process!

This is our Shotcrete day for a pool we built in Villa Park, CA. The swimming pool construction process is fairly complex-Shotcrete is essentially the 4th stage following excavation, Steel, & rough plumbing. This shotcrete mix is 4,500psi, that means a 1” by 1” cube can withstand the weight of 4,500lbs. That’s pretty mind blowing!
