Thanks making an in-depth video showing the differences between the two products. In 2012, when I first set-up my factory inside SR Suntour, it was because I a had 25 year old relationships with the owners of SR Suntour and to work with people you know and trust is key. They gave me carte blanche to set up my factory where I used to have the Marzocchi production area but with a twist. I have all my own engineers, testing area, QC & QA, and assembly offices so that we operated totally autonomous as a separate company. What we do share is some technology where we license designs, some purchasing processes to take advantage of their massive buying power and of course access to the magnesium casting machines. Everything else is separate.
Did you try to get a tad lower on the air pressure and use the LSC too keep the ride height? I tried the Durolux 38 a couple of days last year, as my friend is blessed with testing all the e-bikes with Bosch motors. And I feelt that it was with the air pressure like 4psi lower than recommended and more LSC the fork rides great on small stuff but still retains its big hit capability. I agree it is not as plush as an Ohlins RXF or a Mezzer Pro - but it is a very impressive fork for the price. Also - Suntour ships the Durolux without and oil in the lowers so you can add your own fave (like Motorex Supergliss 100K) - without taking it apart. 👍👍
Hello me friend, question, think in the best upgrade for the durolux the rc2 cartridge of the onyx is compatible with the durolux dimensions and threaded ? Thank you from Chile
It will not work I tried to put every DVO part in it. Good thing I made this video to fix the Duralux. How 2 FIX Suntour Durlux RC2 38| Full Service Guide ua-cam.com/video/lMwwoygFw1E/v-deo.html 2.5 wet damper oil and it rides really good
I see Website durolux only recomienden all mountain not enduro, but model zeron 35 use 150mm travel and recomend for enduro on website that's weird no?
Good video ! to have ridden, both are pure sh+t... forks without oil bath can't run the same as big players of the industry. it's pity since there's is nothing much to do to improve these forks to have something good.

When are you doing a breakdown on a Mezzer?
This year, the market share of the smaller brands just doesn’t pay off
From all of us here in Lyons, we are looking forward to it.
"Good cheap stuff" Hmm, I'll think about it.
😎
You think the SL is better than the new OTT version?
Personally I like the SL better. OTT rides more like a coil fork, if you like that style
Good video !

aint nobody saying first now haha
First
I'm shocked the Durolux costs so much where you are! It's only $400usd on Taobao in China.
And that’s why they both don’t work good 😁
