I own a 4402 that I proudly purchased for my new career. Unfortunately, my puppy was just as happy for my purchase. She loves leather! I haven't used the bag since it's minor destruction, but I was hoping to get the bag repaired. All leathersmiths and coblers whom I've spoken with refuse to touch the bag. I've almost broken down to buy an awl and some leather to stitch it back together again. it won't be waterproof, but it will restrain my pens and goodies from falling out. Before I f*** it awl up (pun intended) is there a chance that sending it back to Jack Georges might NOT be a futile effort?
