I was suffering from this ocd , obsessive compulsive disorder, i know those thoughts enter forcefully in our minds and causes a lot of mess in minds , but this was before a year when i started bhakti , but believe me chant the holy names of lord krishna and pray him , that will help a lot as PRABHU JI said , ab 1 sal bad mujhe koi thought nahi ate , really single thought bhi nahi , so as PRABHU JI said focus on the holy name while chanting

I am a serious victim of ocd, due to this in every vrat when I know that I need to think pure, due to ocd so many uncontrollable dirty thoughts rises and atlast i lost my patience and I think that I will never be able to become pure. I hope I recover soon.
@@imeanwhateverr nothing just believe in naam, and in everyday activities keep doing naam japa, never stop until necessary. And atleast do half an hour of dedicated naam japa. Listen to Leela, katha etc. and most imp try to understand and believe that u r not the man, this all dirty thoughts are of man, don,t give them attention when they rose, bcz they rose in man, not u, and if u don't,t give attention they will disappear on their own.
Prabhuji I am suffering from this from last few months....and then I started to listen bhajan and many other things associated with LORD KRISHNA..and also stop listening and watching songs, movies and many other things that cause it....now it decreases to some extent...and I pray daily to Krishna to just free myself from these things...and today I accidently watch ur video...and I get my answer....otherwise many times I felt depressed I cried a lot..but don't lose hope...and see today I got the answer all because of the MERCY OF LORD KRISHNA...HARE KRISHNA :)

Thank you for your wonderful explanation of the solution Prabhu Ji. Yes its related to Obsessive-Compulsive disorder but I believe any mental illness that is not on a physical level (brain ) be it anxiety, ocd, overthinking , bad thoughts, lack of presence of mind can be treated gradually by chanting the holy name & sincerely praying to Krsna. Don't trouble yourself by exaggerating your problem. Yes its (bad sanskars) there because of our past deeds only but you can overcome it. Be grateful, We are blessed we have the ultimate solution . Yes its related to Obsessive-Compulsive disorder but I believe any mental illness that is not on a physical level (brain ) be it anxiety, ocd, overthinking , bad thoughts, lack of presence of mind can be treated gradually by chanting the holy name & sincerely praying to Krsna. Don't trouble yourself by exaggerating your problem. Yes its (bad sanskars) there because of our past deeds only but you can overcome it. Be grateful, We are blessed we have the ultimate solution .
