This is so random, but I took a women’s self defense class recently and they actually advise you to not keep your pepper spray on your keychain but rather in a specific pocket in your jacket/bag/etc! This way if you ever need to (praying you don’t), you have easier access and won’t fumble trying to get it off your keys. Hopefully this helps, just want to keep you safe ☺️

I only say this to make you aware but I would be mindful of telling the internet that you hadn’t eaten a morsel all day long and that you are eating a salad and veggies and going to bed. Obviously I know this isn’t probably your normal behavior but regardless it can be interpreted that way. I’d assume you have many young and impressionable women following you that could interpret this behavior as normal, healthy, okay, ect, which further would support eating disorder behavior. I can’t imagine how stressful it must be being an influencer with your following trying to navigate “saying the right things” and avoid saying things that promote negative behavior/ mindsets, so again I seriously don’t want this to come across as being critical of you (because I know if I were you I’d probably make 10 times more mistakes) and more as just a keep in mind for next time kinda thing. Your videos bring me so much joy and I wish you the best on your New York adventures!♥️
