Weather station installation on rooftop!

I finally get some good weather to install my weather station on my roof. The manufacturer says that it doesn't have to be that high, but I like it this way.

Hey Paul! Great video. Might I suggest that you extend the height of your station above your roof. You’re likely getting inaccurate measurements due to the proximity to the hot roof as well at the possible skew of wind speed and direction. Good luck and hope it works out well!

However, this way the temperature data is false, with the sun the roof heats up. And you will have higher temperatures. At least you had to raise it

yeah temp should be at least 5 feet from any roof surface. even on the ground it should be 5 ft above the ground and at least 100 feet from any large paved surface.

I have a hurricane metal seamless roof do you think that would iPad signal to the station and or wifi?
