- Tensions continue to simmer in Bangladesh as massive violent protests continue to grow over the civil service job quotas. The clash between pro-govt supporters and armed police has claimed over 100 lives .A video has surfaced online, in one of the Victim’s aunt could be seen expressing her grief .Talking to reporters, she stated that her nephew was just a student who was killed brutally. The protests have erupted over 30% of government job quotas for families of those who fought for independence from Pakistan. The unrest - biggest since Hasina’s re-election this year - has also been fueled by high unemployment rate among youth
