Yes I agree with you. I slice and fry my potatoes or bake them with the skins on but she does need to wash them very good before she cooks them which she doesn't. The potatoe skins have alot of nutrients in them. She doesn't clean anything very good before she cooks it so the potatoes are no surprise.
