When I went on my natural hair journey, one of the things I learned is that frizz is usually caused by dryness. When your hair frizzes it’s like it’s reaching in to the air for moisture, which is why your hair may be more frizzy in humid climates. In humid climates there is more moisture in the air. I don’t think you’ll ever be able to escape frizz completely, especially with curly hair. I combat frizz with weekly leave in conditioners, properly moisturizing my hair after wash day, and gel. Another thing that could cause frizz are split ends, you may need a haircut/trim. Hope this helps! 🩷

I get allergies like that just from the air being drier this time of the year and the heaters being on which circulates dust I think if she was allergic to cats this would’ve happened a long time ago
She has been struggling with allergies for some time and now has an extra cat. It is possible. I had dogs growing up and didn’t develop allergy sign until adulthood. I lived with a cat in my teens and 20’s and nothing. Now I have a cat and bam severe allergies. I love my cat though so I take double allergy meds (as prescribed) and wash my hands after petting my cat. ¯\(ツ)/¯
