I've been using QRZ and manually editing sig_info for P2P and 2 for's. QRZ won't allow 2 entries with the same time but POTA wants 2 for's to have the same time stamp. That's another thing I edit with QRZ adi files. I edit the time to make them the same.
I put it in the notes because if I put it in the SIG_INFO field that causes an error when uploading to POTA. My understanding is it need not be recorded in my log, just the activators log. Is that your undertanding? I see my P2P’s on the website after I upload my activations. So that prompts the question, why do P2P contacts hassle with sending and receiving the park numbers? It doesn’t really matter. 73 and good DX! de Rich KØPIR
@@mtig49 (An activator can work another activator to earn a park-to-park (P2P) credit. Both activators are strongly recommended (although not required) to record the park number of the other activator in the ADIF log file’s SIG_INFO ADIF field (see ADIF for POTA Reference) in all park-to-park contacts.) When I did that it would not accept my log. I had to remove the others park number. Since I got credit I didn’t think any more about it. I can ask a good friend who does alot and see what he says. More investigation! GL es Good DX! de Rich KØPIR

Good to hear from you and great question! Rich KØPIR
@Ham Radio Adventures With K0PIR it was my understanding that both parks numbers were needed on each other's logs to count as a park to park
