UNDRR/AUB MEDIA SAVING LIVES (ON IDAI'S TRAIL)

The documentary titled ON IDAI’S TRAIL was part of the MEDIA SAVING LIVES project spearheaded by the African Union of Broadcasters together with the United Nations Office for Disaster Risk Reduction (UNDRR).
In this documentary, the producer revisited the Chimanimani area, in eastern Zimbabwe and filmed the combined efforts of the people of Chimanimani, the Government of Zimbabwe and International partners in the management of the Cyclone Idai disaster, one of the worst cyclones to have hit Southern Africa in recent decades.
