He uses crutches on occassion for sure. Sometimes flex bars. Sometimes phrases. Etc. He very much is doing 95+% of this off the top. In some ways, due to his skillset...off the dome is easier than prepared. He has that jazz improv methodology, and then he decided to apply the same form to linguistics and poetry. He ain't a wizard...he is just a master of an artform. He has even moved away a bit from setup/punchline and is instead doing subversion(of expectations) more often.
And furthermore... I think you would lose your mind to OB 75 - the last song "Pulling the Trigger". I listen to that in my car all the time because it's too good, even by H-Mack standards.
I mean...he IS promoting an R rated movie lol. Or is it pg13? Idk. How many times can u say the f word in pg13 mode? The only way this video would be better is if Hmack showed up in the Deadpool costume and rapped lol.

Honestly...that was also not a terrible movie tbh. I liked that film. In terms of an over the top cgi action film...they kinda nailed it I think nostalgia and the 80's or 90's era helped in the same way the Bumblebee movie was also kinda awesome.
Tobe Nwigwe is kinda great dude. His music is solid. (Also kinda funny that I know how to say his name properly, yet I am very much unsure if the spelling is correct lol)
