Yea I just installed one made for C frame scooters I bought and installed it but the mounts are made of aluminum. I think they need to be steel. This is why I ask. My scooter has very similar mounting points thanks David
I'm curious as to how it rides at LOW speeds with the damper. I recently got a Zon Doo scooter.......duel motor......2800 watts each,5600 watts total. Top speed supposed to be 52 miles per hour. It came with a damper already attached. I took it off to see how it rode....big mistake....it's unridable without a damper. I put the damper back on,but the steering is so stiff. Yeah....I can get up to 45...50mph with no wobbles, but it's so stiff...it's a struggle even trying to make small turns. I just wish there was a way to make turning at lower speeds be not so difficult, while still keeping the stability at higher speeds.
Hey so i just installed the same damper on my Inmotion RS and even on the zero setting it like impossible to turn.... Like it will turn to the left but its tight and i hear the fluid in the Damper and I'll try to turn it back to the right and it wont budge like the fluid wont transfer so im guessing the damper is broken or could it be something else????
Takes some getting used to,high speed feels more confident but My steering dampers reduced my max steering angles in tight corners now i have to put my feet down because im no longer nimble 😅
@@Zbossard Oh i understand, it depends, my old one was like butter, the new one is hard to move them, but it works fine for me, but they shouldnt be super stiff
@@Zbossard I dont think it makes a huge difference, but i suggest you leave a little gap so it can move on its own around the screw, dont tighten the nut too much, u dont wanna crush the bearing, that way it wont move around the screw, it will be stiff
Very good engineering skills

It's always a good idea to add blue loctite so the bolts don't become loose due to vibrations, what fisheye bolts are they? they look more sturdy.
Where to buy that bracket?
Hey, i made it myself using a 10mm screw with a ring on it, 10mm long nuts for strenght so it doesnt bend
How long the screw ring? That looks sturdy.. my bracket was broken and i cant purchase the bracket anywhere 😢
@@kristianrelloma9408 the inside of the ring needs to be 8mm, look on AliExpress there's stuff you can buy there
What are those bolts called that you have going to the frame? Plus the bolt going through the damper/end of that other bolt
Hi. Are the bolt size the same for all dampers, include motorcycle dampers? Thanks.
Hello, yes they are, 8mm bolts
Oder now please link

Hey, the damper should come with a little wheel that u can adjust the damping resistance, just like i showed in the video
Buenas que tornillos utilizaste para montarlo? Y tipo de arandelas que tengo el mismo modelo y quiero
Hey, i used m8 washers and m8 bolts
Hey, what value did you set your steering damper to? Is it at 1, 2, 3, and so on up to 16?
@@MPCLiveByTravis hey, i usually keep mine at 6 or 8 but thats personal preference
Where can i buy the connectors for the dampers?
Hey, i bought them from a store nearby but you can try to look on amazon or aliexpress, the screws are M8
Hi, I was wondering wear you got those steal mounts for the dampiner?
Hey, i bought some bolts and nuts, i custom made for my scooter
@UnboxWave got it. Thanks for your time
Nice 1. Where can i buy that black bigger steering damper from please
From aliexpress, search for “342mm steering damper” you will find it

@@coreybarber3844shouldnt do that, ig the damper is faulty, or does it hit somewhere?
Can you recommend one for weped fold?
I reccomend buying the Weped EREXX damper, its very pricey but has very nice aesthetic and performance, erexx.co.kr/shop_view/?idx=17

Y el diámetro del tornillo el ojo?😊
Its 8mm, the bolts, the nuts and the washers u need they need to be 8mm diameter ok
What scooter is that
Its a laotie es19, it looks a lot different now, did some mods on it
@RgbWave kinda looked like the nanrobot but that's sick looking bro
Does the steering damper stay straight? Like for example my steering damper the bearings are super stck
@@Zbossard well, it doesnt stay straight, mine is also stiff but not much, maybe the oil inside is not good, i had to replace mine cuz of that
@@RgbWave the damper itself is fine. But it’s the bearings at the back of the rod and the bracket part.
@@Zbossard Oh i understand, it depends, my old one was like butter, the new one is hard to move them, but it works fine for me, but they shouldnt be super stiff
Do they play any importantce in the function? Like do they need to move or are they there for comfort do you know?

👍👍👍👍👍j ai fait pareil.😁
Hi. I’ve been looking for an steering damper. Do you know if they have one for the MaxFun 10 pro or a universal one?
Hey, add me on discord, i make them myself discord.gg/6ywYj6Up
I can’t message you I don’t know why
Já dá para fazer uma rotunda em condições ahahaha
E uns peões 😂
