Spinning Top 10,000 RPM | BLDC motors

  • I made several brushless motors and decided to try to make an electronic top using this principle. The top can achieve a higher RPM, but it needs to be done entirely on a lathe, because in my conditions the rather low accuracy of execution is an obstacle. Still, I was able to achieve 10,000 RPM even in such conditions.

    Ok, on a larger scale, this seems like a great idea to utilize with a flywheel type "battery". Your power comes (solar, wind, etc.) in, powers up the flywheel, then, when you need it, your flywheel pushes power back through the wire. Ramp up the size, place in a vacuum chamber and voila!! Flywheel battery!! This is great!!
