I bought the book. 😊 I love using herbal remedies but stick to common ailments for safety as I'm not familiar with drug interactions. So much gentler than using conventional medicine. I'm currently a student Reiki practitioner and also use essential oils myself. Many years ago when I was in my late twenties I did start taking the 1 year foundation course in herbalism which I think was with the NIMH (35 years ago) but unfortunately life got in the way. I'm seriously thinking about doing some study to formalise and consolidate my knowledge. I'm an ex nurse and I do have a BSc in Applied Biology with Environmental Studies (2000). ❤
Hi,hope you have done your studies or still going to do it.We need more herbalists. I am 49 and would like to start studying herbal medicine.Blessings From UK
The B12 in seaweed is known as analogue b12 which in fact is precisely the kind of B12 you do NOT want in your diet especially if youre on a plant based diet as it interferes with your bodys ability to absorb real and actually usable b12. I'm impressed that we have a professional herbalist operating a clinic within the NHS as i believe herbs have profound effects on treating illness and enhancing our lives in general but really I would expect much more from a professional of her level as I have no medical qualifications and it only takes a simple google search into the b12 found in seaweed to find this out. Irish moss or carragheen is an exceptional seaweed containing almost every mineral in the human body, soothes and enriches the gut and alleviates mucus from its unique properties and strengthens the bones and joints like nothing else with many more benefits on top.
I see Alex for CFS. Her herbal treatment helps me. She has so much knowledge. She is great.
Looks like I will be adding another book to my collection, herbal medicine is fascinating! Thank you for a great video
I've just added her book to my list, sounds interesting. And that meal looks delicious!
glad you liked it!

I d like the idea that a herbal scientist is working in NHS. Very rare. And lucy who met her as inour days everything is about chemicals and money
Interesting, I haven’t heard of herbal medicine before. I thought this was going to be something like homeopathy.
So fun to watch, but I think you need another plate! Lol!
Please stop talking over her coz you are drowning her out.
