It seems that phone is the original one. Previously sticker used to come having a hologram on it. Now it is replaced with some new technology. Talking about screen sticker, every phone comes with some temporary sticker which may contains bubbles. Talking about return, returning a product had some different method. You can't return unpacked product to the same person who has delivered it to you. Some other person has right to take it. Who will tell all this to such consumers? I am sure that, big US company Amazon would not have refunded a single money.
Why dont u just buy in the store and that's it. You can actually see eye to eye with your package.so you won't have a problem with cheating. But if you are getting it delivered some of the drivers can cheat you. See thats why? Dont always deliver packages

When you buy merchandise from Amazon check who the "Seller" is.. I bet you the customer bought the phone from a third party( vendor) through Amazon. But even then, Amazon return policy is rock solid regardless who the seller is ... . Sellers do cheat, unfortunately most of them are from India and some from China.... I bought a leather Jacket from Amazon which came from India.. cost me 168$ turned out to be fake leather... When it comes to electronic stuff its better to buy from licensed dealers directly in India.....
