I suppose it is possible, depending on your budget, but more common is to have 3 bedrooms on the ground floor and the 4th bedroom upstairs.

I truly love this home. I will say I am ready to see some "plain old vanilla" something. I have lost my decorating senses with all of the interior and exterior gray and the white trim on everything.
